- Do I need to download an app for iOS or Android?
No, 1000Drills is a web-based app. This means that it does not rely on third parties. Once you have an account, you can log in directly. You can therefore use 1000Drills not only on your phone or tablet, but also on your computer.
- Can I also use 1000Drills on my computer?
Certainly. You can log in to your account on your phone or computer.
- Can I set my own preferences?
You can set the following preferences:
– the background colour: light or dark
– the language: Dutch, German or English
– the password: you can change the password assigned to you
- Is it possible to save exercises?
An unlimited number of favourites can be saved in an unlimited number of folders.
For example, you can group exercises that you want to do with a certain team or use on a certain date.
- Are the videos also available on YouTube?
No. YouTube shows adverts, which could disrupt the exercises. 1000Drills videos are hosted by Vimeo. This ensures that they are available quickly and without any annoying adverts.
- Why are the videos so short?
Each video has been filmed with highly professional recording equipment and then edited so that you only see the relevant movement. There is no point in watching an entire rally if you want to practice the slide attack.
- Can I also view the exercises offline?
No, that is not (yet) possible. An internet connection is always required.
- How do I know when new exercises have been added?
New exercises will be mentioned in our blog.
- Are you missing something in 1000Drills?
If you have a good idea to improve 1000Drills even further, you can always send an email to us at service@1000drills.com
- Can I use 1000Drills outside the Netherlands?
Of course. If you have an internet connection, you can log in from anywhere in the world. You then have the choice to display the content in Dutch, German or English.
- Bitdefender prevents the video from playing and gives the message: “Sorry – Because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here.”
This can be easily solved by adding the website to your trusted websites:
Open your web browser
Click on the anti-tracker icon next to the search bar
Click on the settings icon in the upper-right corner
If you are on the website that you want to add to your list of exceptions, click Add current website to the list
If you’re not on the website, type its web address in the corresponding field and then click ‘add’
- How do I cancel my subscription?
Very simply: send an email to service@1000drills.com and we will terminate your account on the next applicable expiry date.
- Is it possible to add users to a club subscription?
The contact person of the club can indicate when a user needs to be added. It is handy if the new user already has a trial account. Then we convert it to a club subscription. The additional amount to be paid will be calculated pro rata (taking into account the club discount).
